Casa Margarita is a haven of peace and tranquility, on the outskirts of Algarinejo, Granada. It is close to Iznajar with its lovely beach. It is a rural property, but within 5 minutes of all amenities. The sense of peace is fabulous. The only things that you can hear are the frogs croaking in the lily pond, the birds singing, and the wind whispering through the leaves of the many mature trees. Then house is fully equipped with everything that you would have at home, so unlike many holiday homes, is truly a home from home. The garden has many seperate areas and is completely private and is fully fenced making it safe for pets. The house comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two lounges, a dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs and also heating throughout the house for the winter months.



The local village of Algarinejo has everything that you could possibly need. The house is ideally situated for you to fully enjoy the tranquil mature gardens and relax by the pool to recharge your batteries, or to visit many of the cultural cities of Southern Spain. Seville, Málaga, Córdoba and Granada are all within easy reach, aswell as many of the whitewashed Andalusian villages. There are also many cultural things to explore in the local area and plenty of sporting activities to enjoy. The lake at Iznajar, 20 km away, offers windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, pedalos, sunbeds and parasols. In fact everything that you would expect to find on the beach at the coast, including a lovely restaurant that offers everything, from T bone steaks, and grilled fish for the adults, to pizzas and burgers for the children, at incredible prices
