Description
Ökologisch, nachhaltig sanierte 2 Zimmer Wohnung (45m²), für 2-3 Personen, ebenerdig mit Spülmaschine, Sat-TV, WLAN und Parkplatz vor Ort. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Freifläche vor dem Haus und ein großes Naturgrundstück mit einem Naturgarten, der biodynamisch bearbeitet wird.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf 921 Meter Seehöhe, 300m vom Ortszentrum von Schluderns entfernt. Die 2020 fertiggestellte Wohnung wurde mit Naturmaterialien saniert. Materialien wie Holz und Stein aus der Umgebung sind bestimmend für das Design des Hauses.
Die Wohnung steht für Nachhaltigkeit und Rücksichtnahme auf Natur und Bestehendes.
Der Bahnhof von Schluderns ist 100m entfernt. Mit dem Zug kommen sie ohne Stau und klimafreundlich fast bis in die Wohnung
